Instructions

  1. Find people who share your chosen problem (or find mentions of it in online spaces like Reddit or Quora)
  2. Speak with them and ask them questions about themselves, the problem and anything else. Take notes in the card by hovering over the interviewee’s name and clicking “open”
  3. Once you’ve finished your research and interviews, distill the notes into relevant answers for the questions in the table

🚨 Don’t forget!

  1. Delete the fake notes we’ve started you off with
  2. Tag the problem you’re investigating
  3. Make sure to ask how people are currently solving this problem. You’ll need that information when developing your offer.
